Finero Coffee Lab: Ethiopia, Guji – Uraga Heirloom

Indulge in an intensely expressive, berry-forward micro-lot that showcases the absolute finest of natural processing from southern Ethiopia.

Sourced from the high-altitude hills of the Uraga district within the renowned Guji region, this single-origin lot features prized native Heirloom varieties. Cultivated at an astonishing elevation range between 2100 and 2300 meters above sea level, the cherries mature slowly in cool mountain air, packing the seeds with highly concentrated sugars and dense, vibrant organic compounds.

This coffee undergoes a meticulous natural process, dried slowly with the fruit intact on raised African beds. This traditional method coaxes out a deep, jammy fruit complexity and elegant floral aromatics.

Roasted to a Light Roast profile, the cup maintains a pristine clarity while delivering an explosive bouquet of summer fruits and sweet botanicals. It is a highly dynamic, sophisticated choice curated specifically for those who seek maximum sweetness, structural layers, and an entirely cohesive tasting experience.
